1 Introduction

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 — Single Account Rule Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, IP address, device, payment method or household — are strictly prohibited. hz777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances.

4.2 — Accuracy of Information You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and at all subsequent times. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information — including a false name, date of birth or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.3 — Credential Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. hz777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 — Notification of Unauthorized Access You must notify hz777 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect unauthorized use of your Account. hz777 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspicious activity.

5 Permitted Use of the Platform

5.1 — Personal Use Only The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating the Platform as a business, reselling access or charging third parties for use of your Account.

5.2 — No Automated Systems You may not use automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit promotional offers or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the house.

5.3 — No Collusion or Match Fixing Any form of collusion, match fixing, irregular betting patterns, arbitrage abuse or coordinated activity designed to exploit the Platform or defraud hz777 is strictly prohibited and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5.4 — Content Restrictions You must not post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Platform any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

6.1 — Accepted Methods Payment methods available for deposits are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change without prior notice. 7 Withdrawals

7.1 — KYC Prerequisite No withdrawal will be processed until the User has completed identity verification (KYC) to hz777's satisfaction. This includes providing a government-issued photo ID (such as a valid CNIC or passport), proof of address and any additional documentation reasonably requested.

7.2 — Name Matching Withdrawal account details must match the name registered on your hz777 Account exactly. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Any discrepancy may result in the withdrawal being declined pending further verification.

9 Responsible Gambling Obligations

hz777 reserves the right to suspend Accounts, void bets, withhold balances and pursue legal remedies against Users found to have engaged in any of the above conduct.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, text, graphics, game content, software interfaces, promotional materials and the hz777 name — is the proprietary intellectual property of hz777 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in any intellectual property belonging to hz777.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, display, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hz777. Unauthorized use of Platform content may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

12 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

12.2 — Platform Availability hz777 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, connectivity issues or third-party service failures may affect Platform availability.

12.3 — Liability Cap To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hz777's total aggregate liability to any User — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 — Excluded Losses hz777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational damage — howsoever arising.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

hz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that:

• A User has breached these Terms or any associated policy.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct is suspected.
• The Account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A chargeback, payment dispute or reversal is initiated against the Platform.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to hz777.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — net of outstanding wagering obligations, disputed funds and applicable fees — will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hz777 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hz777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notification on the Platform. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hz777 holds its operating licence, excluding any conflict-of-law principles that would apply the laws of another jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties may seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the applicable licensing authority, if any.
